Elise entered the legal profession in June 2016. She has been working at resolut. since September 1, 2021.

From 2016 to mid-2021, Elise was associated with a firm specializing in health law. While there, she focused on the regulation of healthcare professionals and the regulation of healthcare products (medicines, medical devices, etc.). Elise also has special expertise in the distribution regulation of pharmacies and in the regulation of the pharmacist profession.

She acquired this special expertise as an in-house lawyer at a federal professional association of independent pharmacists, where her focus from 2008 to 2016 was on the regulation of the pharmacy and the profession of pharmacist (distribution regulation, professional practice and liability, social statute).

Before that, Elise worked as a legal assistant in the research department of the Flemish Bar Association (2003-2008) and she was an assistant at the KU Leuven Institute for Contract Law (1996-2003).
